Agricultural machinery designer/manufacturer KELLY Tillage is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Clayton as its new Chief Operating Officer.

As the outgoing CEO of Derby Rubber, Michael has over 20 years of manufacturing and management experience including various CEO and director positions.

Michael’s passion for collaboration, innovation, education and sustainability will help guide the strategic vision and values of KELLY Tillage during its ongoing rapid growth.

Kelly Tillage is also pleased to announce that its current COO, Tom Rayner, will assume the role of Chief Commercial Officer responsible for global sales and marketing.

Tom’s contribution to the operational management of the business over the past 18 months has been exemplary and this experience will compliment his new role in overseeing the ongoing expansion of the KELLY brand globally.

“Michael’s appointment will bring additional bench strength to the team to ensure that the company continues its high rate of sustainable global growth, while Tom’s focus on ensuring our customers enjoy unparalleled levels of service and support will continue to build out our brand presence around the world.” These new appointments will take place on Monday, 20th of March.
