Dealer Pre-Delivery Checklist
To be completed by the dealer on the commissioning of the machine
Check Item:
Tow hitch is fitted correctly with bolts tightened to correct torque and marked
Check Item:
Air brake hoses are correctly routed through holders and fitted with no leaks *
Check Item:
Air brake relay valve is correctly set for the load *
Check Item:
Hydraulic hoses are routed through holders and fitted to cylinders with no leaks
Check Item:
Hydraulic Accumulator is charged correctly (Model 2006) *
Check Item:
All bolts and nuts are tightened to the correct torque and marked
Check Item:
All split pins are inserted and split
Check Item:
All tyres are fitted correctly and inflated to the correct pressure
Check Item:
All wheel nuts are tightened to the correct torque and marked
Check Item:
Swivel units are correctly orientated
Check Item:
Drop legs are correctly orientated and adjusted
Check Item:
Grease all marked locations
Check Item:
Disc roll pins/locking bolts are installed in the discs (CL1, CL2 and K4 only)
Check Item:
The chain is tensioned as per Operators Manual
Check Item:
Machine folds/unfolds in the correct sequence
Check Item:
Chains are resting correctly on their transport supports (chain carriers)
Check Item:
All safety signs and decals are in the correct locations as per the Assembly/Operators Manual
Check Item:
All safety lights are in the correct locations and working
Check Item:
Machine is registered for Warranty
Check Item:
Customer has been shown the website and how to access parts information
Check Item:
Operator manual has been provided with the machine
