This is a genuine part of our supplier verification process, not a scam.

Here’s what to expect:

  • An email invitation from Eftsure to register your ABN, company name, address, email, and bank details
  • Two ways to verify: a secure online login with your financial institution, or a phone call from an Eftsure verification analyst
  • A confirmation email once your details have been verified


How to know it’s legitimate:

  • Eftsure communications will already reference your business and name KELLY Tillage as the requesting organisation
  • Your login credentials are never seen or stored by Eftsure, your bank, or KELLY Tillage
  • If you’re ever unsure, contact KELLY Tillage accounts team directly before responding

Why we're doing this

Invoice fraud and payment scams are a growing risk across every industry, including agriculture. Criminals impersonate suppliers to redirect legitimate payments to fraudulent accounts, and it’s often difficult to spot until the money is already gone.

By using Eftsure on both sides of our payment process, KELLY Tillage is putting a genuine, independent check in place so our suppliers can trust that requests are real, and anyone paying us can confirm they’ve got the right details before sending funds.
